Sebaj Adele
Personal Training, Kettlebell, Indoor Cycling, Jump Rope, Spintervals
Sebaj has been involved in sports and the fitness industry for over 29 years. He has worked at many of the premiere clubs in the country including Equinox and New York Health and Racquet club.
It was at Equinox where he really cut his fitness teeth attaining Elite Plus (the highest trainer status) in only one year. Equinox recognized his ability to motivate and teach others by promoting him to instructor status at the industry renowned EFTI Equinox Fitness Training Institute. Additionally, while at Equinox he trained a group of female trainers to compete in the prestigious Galaxy Fitness competition: a fitness competition emphasizing feminine aesthetics and athleticism.
After leaving Equinox he took some time to pursue personal goals including bicycle racing as a master’s category cyclist, competition rock climbing, and hiking the Appalachian trail: a 2,168 mile long trail extending from Georgia to Maine. Upon returning to New York he worked at Manhattan Plaza Health club as a trainer and shift supervisor for the climbing wall. During his employment there the climbing wall hosted two USA climbing sanctioned events: the American Bouldering Series ABS where he set routes and judged the competitors with world cup climber Vadim Vinokor and northeast climbing champion and author Ivan Greene.
After moving to New Jersey in 2006 he started working at Club “H” fitness in Hoboken, NJ. While there he helped implement the Polar Body Age system: an interactive computer health and fitness assessment and training system. This system was instrumental in increasing membership sales by 20% and lowering attrition rates by 5% impressive numbers in the fitness industry. More recently he worked at Clay in Manhattan. As one of the top trainers there he started the hugely successful Cardio Boot camp class that ran for three straight years. He also served as a mentor to younger trainers.
Over the last 2 decades Sebaj has trained hundreds of clients getting results for those dedicated enough to go the distance. His experience and education comprise 5 different certifications. Sebaj’s training philosophy and style is equally effective for serious competitors, weekend warriors, or for those looking for more modest results He excels at utilizing methods from different modalities; synthesizing these ideas into thoughtful and effective training programs guaranteed to challenge inspire and elicit results. His programs are typically closed-end and utilize heart rate monitors to track and evaluate client progression.
Maggie Alexander
Personal Training
Maggie, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializes in cross- training for triathletes/runners, core integration, weight loss, and correcting muscle imbalances. Emphasis is put on 2 things. 1) Good form and technique are crucial to get the most out of an exercise, prevent injuries, and ultimately, to reach any fitness goal. 2) Change comes when you challenge yourself!
A little background…Maggie started as someone who showed absolutely no athletic tendencies whatsoever. She hated working out, was overweight, inactive, and nursing various injuries. In college, she majored in acting and had to take movement theater classes. Something clicked. Suddenly, the mind-body connection was more important than ever. Her appreciation of strength and her admiration of the body’s vast capabilities fueled her drive to get jn shape and make the most out of her body. Soon she was competing in triathlons, dabb-ling in aerial acrobatics, and loving the gym. She connects to where her clients are coming from. No matter what level of fitness someone has reached, getting to the next stage is challenging and sometimes daunting. However, few things are quite as satisfying as breaking out of a comfort zone and past a plateau.
Jennifer Bonomo

Swam competitively since age of 7, placed 3rd in States for the 100 M breastroke as a freshman in high school & Graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY.
Lieutenant Commander in U.S. Navy Reserves; Hold Unlimited, Any Ocean Third Mate’s License and traveled the world on tanker, break bulk and container vessels.
Taught swim lessons at YMCA, Newport Swim and Fit and now HHF as well as all over the Jersey City area.

Jaspre Guest
Personal Training
With nearly a decade of personal training experience, Jaspre Guest,
has had lasting success with her clients. She incorporates the mind
and body in every fitness program. She believes you have to get to the
root of the problem mentally before you can accomplish your physical
goals.
Jaspre creates workouts based on her clients needs to perform in the
world outside of the gym. She has the ability to help keep her clients
focused on their fitness, health, and personal goals by being
reachable at all times via text, email, or social media. She is with
her clients every step of the way not just during their session.
Jaspre knows the limits of how far she can push her clients to get
them the results they are searching for. She specializes in weight
loss, circuit training, TRX training, youth programs, boot camps,
stretching, elderly, disabled and alternative holistic methods. She is
ACE certified.
Fitness Philosophy: You have to strengthen your mind before you can
strengthen your body. Conversely, when you strengthen your body you
strengthen your mind. There is no such thing as age.
Bethany Little
Personal Training, Kettlebell
Bethany has been in the personal training industry for over 10 years. Starting out as a track and field coach, she honed her skills working with competitive athletes. Broadening her horizons, she began her quest to train the masses, feeling that physical fitness is the panacea for all illnesses. Bethany has a positive vibe and is a firm believer in “movement therapy”, as she has realized the effects of being in shape has for the mind, body and spirit. She is currently certified through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine, Corrective Exercise Training, Group Fitness through AFAA, and Kettlebells through Kettlebell Concepts. She also has a perinatal, pre and post natal exercise certificate. Let’s improve your current fitness level and protect you from injury and boredom in the future!

Jason Machowsky, MS, RD, ACSM-cPT

Jason Machowsky is a certified personal trainer and Registered Dietitian (RD) aiming to promote wellness and enhance quality of life by empowering people to integrate healthy habits into their daily routines. His background includes an advanced degree in physiology and nutrition from Columbia University as well as years of personal training experience at Equinox Fitness and New York Sports Clubs. Jason is pre/post-natal training certified through Annette Lang, kettlebell certified through Kettlebell Concepts and has experience with advanced training equipment like FMS screening and TRX training. Jason has experience working with different ages and group sizes including the Columbia University baseball team, schools throughout central California and employees at a large California utility company. He has been interviewed for Timeout NY magazine and writes nutrition and fitness articles for LIVESTRONG.com and RD411.com.
Carianne Ragozzino
Personal Training
Carianne Ragozzino has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine since 2009. She is also a Master of Public Health student, with a focus on Health Education and Behavioral Science. Carianne’s specializations are weight loss/weight management and custom training programs, as well as public health issues that affect our communities such as obesity and cardiovascular disease. Carianne carefully tailors each fitness program to meet the needs of her clients, and takes into account the diversity in individual learning styles. Whether you are incorporating exercise into your life for the first time, looking to make a long-term change, or seeking a challenge, Carianne can help you achieve your fitness goals. Carianne’s other areas of interest/knowledge are nutrition, particularly vegetarian and vegan diets, yoga, photography and sustainability.
