Saturdays: 12pm w/Carianne
*Limited to 4 per class
*Classes meet once a week for 8 weeks

All Personal Training sessions must be booked by the client directly through Hamilton Health and Fitness. Bookings must be made by phone or at the reception desk. Schedule changes and/or cancellations also must be made in this manner.
