Moms (and Moms-to-be) won’t feel left out at Hamilton Health & Fitness. They can participate in a variety of activities with or without their little ones. Leave the kids at the Jungle Gym and take a low-impact yoga or spin class. Take the stress out of a busy day with a relaxing swim (open up those hips), or learn about good nutrition for the whole family. Our family hours at the pool are a good way to keep everyone happy and healthy.
Our Pilates instructors are pre and post natal certified. We recommend booking one-on-one sessions during your pregnancy for a workout that is tailored to your specific needs during this very special time.
