<p style="text-align: center;">Looking for that next big motivation to kick your physical activity habits into gear? Or are you losing the motivation to continue the active lifestyle you&#8217;ve started? Why not get a little help from your friends! The trainers here at HHF want to share their passion for exercise with as many members as possible, so we are starting cycling and running clubs.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Each club meets weekly and is led by a trainer that will focus on preparing you for a particular event. Over a 6-week period, your trainer will plan a series of progressively challenging runs/trails that will keep you focused and motivated&#8230;along with your club-mates. Leverage the club for Q&amp;A sessions with the trainer, support from other members and a sense of inspiration that comes from sharing a common goal with others! Then on race day, your trainer and club-mates will be there to psych you up in the beginning and congratulate you in the end as you&#8217;ve accomplished your training goal!</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">6-week classes* are forming around events listed below and are only $75 members/$95 non-members. Of course you can join the club without signing up for the event!</p>
