A Russian import and one of most effective forms of body sculpting. When swung properly by their thick handles, the round weights use nearly every muscle in the body to counteract momentum.
A simulated cycling workout. that challenges you mentally, physically and aerobically, to build muscle and burn fat.
Kick Punch Om (Kickboxing)
A tough fitness workout that combines kickboxing, calisthenics, a touch of yoga, and humor. Body, mind, & spirit will be worked as we focus on technique and awareness.

This intense, low-impact, 55-minute water workout uses buoyant weights, water resistance, and gravity to tone your muscles and your heart in record time. You’ll leave the pool feeling like you took a short swim; you’ll wake up the next day feeling like you completed the first leg of the Ironman®. ALERT: Your body will lose more water than you expect during this class so, be sure to bring plenty of fresh drinking water to help prevent cramping.
Come give your body a challenge of true fitness in only 45 minutes with Andrew Buitron of TronFit. In class you’ll cover the components of strength, conditioning, balance, plyometrics, agility, and coordination just to name a few.
‘CrossFlow’ is a cardio circuit-style class, designed to work your entire body using mainly body weight and band resistance. With short but intense cardio intervals, full-body strength moves, and an active recovery stretch/cool down. You’ll slim down your entire body and develop a strong core foundation. The combinations of exercises will help you develop lean muscle tone, burn fat, and stretch and balance out your body so you can move with fluidity throughout your week.
Not Just Hoopin’
Learn the fundamentals of hoop dance. This is a fun workout to tone your abdominals, strengthen core muscles, increase cardiovascular stamina, and find the rhythm you never knew you had.
A vinyasa-based class taught with an emphasis on awareness of alignment, breath, mind, emotions and spirit. Each class will consist of a theme, warm-up and vinyasa flow, then diving deeply into two postures. We conclude with a small taste of meditation, pranayama and/or a dharma talk.
Long & Lean
Long & Lean will challenge your entire body from every angle. Class will begin with performing total-body lengthening movements on the mat to build heat. The next 30 minutes, you’ll feel the burn while strengthening using bands, balls, blocks, and your own body weight in a circuit training sequence. The final 10 minutes of class will be devoted to toning the midsection–giving you an optimal workout for achieving that lean body you’ve been looking for.
Bikes & Bands
Class will begin with 30 minutes of heart-pumping, music-driven cardio intervals on the bike. Followed by 30 minutes of resistance band training with a focus on upper body and core strength. This class will be great for all levels, beginners to advanced riders – the level of intensity can be determined by YOU!
Look for the basics of Pilates inspired instruction such as emphasis on the abdominals being pulled in supporting the core; length and alignment; exercise modifications; core stability including abs, shoulders, and pelvis; integrated breathing; and a sense of the Pilates principles.
